Massive cheating

From fnaf chapter I see cheaters very offten but that isnt what concerns me. What concerns me is the fact that report system doesnt work at all 3 months back when I reported someone because he was sus most of times I got notification like 2-3 days after that he was cheating but now I reported girl who was speeding around map like formula and its been week and guess what nothing happened. Did bhvr stop sending info if you report was successful or it doesnt work?
