SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: I can't log in since the ninth anniversary event and I only get the error code 8001. I was already sent from dbd support to xbox support and back again.
PLATFORM: Xbox Series S
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: I wanted to log in and then the error code came up after the update from the ninth anniversary and nobody helped me, not even the technical staff.
