Foxys Hook and Endo CPU feel so much better now

They actually feel useful on there own now like
Foxys Hook can be used outside of Loops
Endo CPU feels more like a Very Rare Addon

My problem with add-ons like Endo CPU conditions is that you're forced to expend your axe for mild benefits. Chica's Bib is an example of this.

His Addons are Designed to be used around Loops and Dearing Chase. That's why its a option to hit the survivor with the Axe or Throw the axe to use the Axe to get benefits. Honestly this stuff maybe just foxys Hook should be base Kit.
