Hi, I bought 3 pack of killer... Jigsaw pack, nightmare pack and spirit pack and today I log on my PS4 and lost all my killer and ask me to pay again... somebody tell me what’s happen ? I’m scare and sad. But when I go to the psStore they said I already have pay but I don’t really have the option to download again the killer...

You can restore licenses on PS4. That should fix the issue, i can't tell you how though because i never had to do it.
I can only guess you find that option in the settings under account management afaik.5 -
