Will we have future access to the Canada Day Charms?

I have been playing DBD for a long time but I have taken several breaks of the game, pretty much solely because of frustrations with playing Killer. Due to this I never knew there was a Canada charm until a killer one day saw my name was Captain Canada and smacked his charm on the hook. I have wanted one ever since and waited until this Canada day but no code was shown. Is it just never possible to get it again or am I doomed to be a Canada-less Captain? lol
