What are some Dead by Daylight settings that you recommend for my laptop for good optimization?

I run Dead by Daylight on a rather somewhat decent HP Victus gaming laptop, It's not a beefy computer by any means but i was wondering what kind of settings in the game you recommend for my computer in order to get good optimization and FPS? (Keep in mind i have the FPS capped to 120 since i have a 144 HZ monitor) here are my specs:

  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 8645HS with Radeon 760M Graphics

  • GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4050 Laptop GPU

  • RAM: 8GB DDR5 RAM
