Question about the Cosmetic Contest rules regarding VFX, Linked Sets, and Rarities
The nature of such things as Visceral rarity and Linked Sets, as well as what is considered VFX, is not incredibly clear in a specific case that's confusing me for the contest, and its all because of one example: Ultimate Houndmaster. Is Snugs model considered VFX? Is his model linked to a specific piece of a cosmetic, or to a whole skin? And are either of these reasons (his connection to a full skin or his consideration as for model types) the reason why the skin is Visceral rarity?
Im asking because I wanted to create a Houndmaster skin for the cosmetic contest, but the Portia skin wouldn't really make sense without an alternate dog to give it context. So im just trying to figure out, do the restrictions allow for an alternate Snug in a community cosmetic? I've asked on multiple platforms and haven't gotten any response from anyone who actually works for BHVR, so im hoping it can be clarified here. Thank you.

I dont know why you need an answer from someone from BHVR when you can see the terms yourself:
- The winning Outfit cannot be a linked set, so be sure to avoid having connected cosmetic pieces. (e.g. A hoodie with the hood up, a dress that cannot be split between the torso and legs, etc.)
A different Killer Power means that the set is a linked Set. So having a different Dog for Houndmaster will not work/would not be accepted.
