Are the servers in my area bad and is there a way to stop getting penalized?

Hello, I have been dealing with a reoccuring problem for the past month, I live in Oregan State and my wifi is not at all bad, but when I want to try and play the game, I normally get to mid-match, sometimes even the end of the game, my game will just stop responding, survivors will run in a straight line, I am unanble to grab survivors off Gens, then the next moment I'm getting a "deticated server error". Then penalized back on the lobby screen for something I had no control over, and its never a one and done deal, almost every day sinse i've downloaded this game, I'll have multiple matches where this occurs.

This issue is so frustrating to deal with because it forces me not to play in a role that already takes a bit to get into to, just to be put into trials that may last a few minutes at best, it gets to the point where I'm just uninterested in continuing to play. If I'm Punished for playing the game, making the game last longer by giving survivors chances, and the next thing I know I'm back at the menu with a 30 minute count down just to repeat the cycle, why keep playing?

if a Dev sees this, please tell me what i can do, or could you (BHVR) find a way to disable penalties for server related errors, it will mean alot.
