Did Orela take meds/surgery during her transition?

I was just looking at character lore and just realised Orela is trans.

Her model character chest looks pretty flat and transition doesn't always means going thru surgery/medication.

Do you think she went thru any of those or she only transitioned socially? (changing alignment and stuff but without physically change)
