Springtrap's jumpscare when grabbing the axe needs to be faster
I'm not talking about overall how long the whole thing takes to complete, that can stay the same, I'm saying he needs to get to the point of yelling at the survivor a lot sooner in the whole animation. It takes like 3 seconds before Springtrap gets to the yelling part of the jumpscare, which is WAY too much time for the survivor to register and realize "Oh, I got grabbed, oh well" before the MAIN jumpscare actually happens
It's not even a jumpscare since he's just gently grabbing your shoulder, turning you around gently, and then exhaling in your face with his stank ass breath. There's nothing scary about that aside from the hygiene aspect. Jumpscares are supposed to be loud, unexpected, and startling, Springtrap just doesn't have that outside of the doors (Which next to no survivor uses).
Make it so he grabs and yells at the survivor within the first second of animation (The rest of the animation could be him removing the axe or some #########) and it should be perfect
