Server DC get penalty to que time and derank

Lately the game has been randomly crashing and when it does I get the disconnect penalty (Now waiting 15 mins for something I cant help). I never leave games ever no matter what and its just ridiculous I have to get these penalties for the game going down. The message literally says "Dedicated server disconnected" and multiple times now I have to wait to play more soon as im back in lobby. Absolutely kills the momentum of fun. I understand penalties for people intentionally pressing the "Quit" button. But when YOUR server fails, I should not be punished. Long term player of this game and this is easily one of the most frustrating things as of late. Please figure out a fix!~

    It happened a lot back in the day. Fortunatly (or not) the problem can mostly be improved on the player side. Better internet and a fast computer was what it took to make me not disconnect

    Btw if the disconnect happens during the loading of the game, no penalty is given
