Compared to years ago, 100% yes. But for last year, I don't think so because both are 6 chapters.

Also Ghoul got delayed to April so we had April Ghoul, May Orela, June FNAF, July TWD.

    • Yes, you're right. Keeping up with all the changes/new features in each patch is increasingly difficult. It must be a nightmare for beginners; they have a lot of information to learn, and it's constantly changing.🤣

For sure. How do they plan to balance everything hahah it’s impressive. I mean there are still so many killers that are awaiting changes and adjustments. New content drops so fast. I love it don’t get me wrong, but how do you strike the balance of everything else?

DBD can't survive on its own. It's basically a vehicle to buy crossovers, much like Fortnite.

4 chapter per year are fine. Its not too fast. If anything, the changes the game needs arent made fast enough, if they even ever will make them.

worst part isnt that DLCs release too fast, it's that what kind of DLCs we get.

    We get too many killers.

People cant keep up with that.

It's not fun having to learn to face new thing from scratch every 3 months let alone having to get into the game and learn lots of them.

It's not fun to have your character nerfed/balanced not around the idea that survivors know how the character works, but that they dont.

A big part of it is that bhvr has decided to release dlc during mid chapters. Now instead of dlc every 3 months, it's every 1.5 months.

Yes, the rate at which content is added to the game is too fast, IMO. I’m a pretty casual player, so I feel like I’m already way behind the curve whenever new killers/perks are released. This is the biggest reason why the game is so overwhelming for new players. You basically have to devote your whole life to this game if you want to be competent at using/countering every possible perks combination and killer power.

But, with that said, that’s the business model that BHVR has chosen and it’s worked for them, so I can’t blame them for sticking with it.
