Xbox Outages For Over Half The Event
There is an ongoing service outage with Xbox that has been going on for months. I personally have not been able to comfortably play online for weeks. Due to a subscription error on Microsofts part, many players are experiencing a bug where a subscription is detected and it allows them to download games, yet once any game is launched, the subscription is no longer recognized and revokes online access. The system then prompts you to purchase the very same subscription you currently have active. Many of my friends on Xbox have not been able to play DbD for 1, 2, or some even for 3 weeks. Well over half the event has been unplayable even including the extension.
Even to this day many of us are still experiencing error 8,001 and cannot even claim the compensation. Further, the outages are for a significantly longer period of time than last years event, yet despite the additional weeks of instability the bloodpoints compensation is actually less than the 3 day outage of last year? This is truly a baffling move and I can't help but feel it's missing an extra digit... although even 20 million does not properly compensate any active player who would have played over that 3 week period.

While these outages largely fall on Microsoft and not Behaviour, I feel they have not been addressed tactfully by either party. I am very fortunate to have a PC I can use in the meantime, but many players are not so lucky and do not have access to workarounds therefore restricting them access to a hugely anticipated event.

BHVR don't care about us Xbox players anymore, they're giving us scraps and calling it compensation
When developers can't even be bothered to balance their game or even fairly compensate their players it's time to call it quits
I love DbD but I simply don't feel comfortable with BHVR in charge

It's frustrating, sure. However, we got a compensation bundle of 2,000,000 BP today, so it's all fine for me at least. Plus it's been extended.

Game is not balanced sure but still have 70k daily players. Most asymmetric game die, balanced or not people keep coming back because with the fun killers, perks and endless playstyles wanting the community for more. 1 day your cry about swf or killer camping, another day you had a fun game.

I honestly don't care for how people play.
But there's hundreds of perks and the meta hasn't shifted in years, it can get boring feeling the need to use 4 slowdown perks just to keep up with 4 DH or 4 DS, or 4 Prove Thyself that we always go up against
I'm annoyed about the compensation more than anything, the logic for their decision is non-existent

2 million just feels disrespectful though
One day of downtime last year and we got 3 million, which makes sense because that's about how much you could get on a day
But 5 days and we somehow get less?
I would've been happy if I got a 5 mil out of the 20 mil I could've earned in those 9 days, but 2 mil is just a slap in the face

I can understand how that would feel disrespectful to people who play a game a lot. I only play casually from time to time, so it feels right for me. However, for somebody who plays this far more often, it's clear they would have missed out on potentially more BP.

I just don't understand how the outage lasted 5x as long and we got 2/3rds in compensation
