Player couldn't move or exit match, prevented match from ending
I just had a strange match. PC, Twisted Masquerade game mode, RPD East as the Lich. All four survivors were marked as console, but it's possible some were Epic Games or a different PC platform.
One of the Dwights was unable to move. He could tbag and head track – he would look in circles if I spun in circles and followed me with his head as I moved around, so I'm pretty sure he was a real person and not a bot. The other 3 survivors were fine and had no issues I could discern.
I stopped playing the match after it was clear something was wrong, and everyone crowded around the Dwight going “what is this.” I moved him a few times, but he didn't seem able to interact with any prompts like chests or gens, so I dropped him over at the exit gate and waited for everyone to finish gens.
I figured he had a broken controller or something, but then things got weird at the endgame. I brought the bugged Dwight over to the exit point and let the other survivors heal him, then hit him again to knock him out the exit. Instead, he flopped over the exit line, past the point where it should have taken him out of the trial. Other survivors tried to heal him so I could hit him again, and this worked once, but getting close enough caused them to exit the trial. I couldn't hit him with a basic attack in this area either (so again, he was past the line) and had to knock him down with Punishment of the Damned. I tried throwing him out the gate (if you pick up a survivor 5 times, drop them 4 times, and then go right up to the gate with your left shoulder parallel to it on the 5th drop, it'll drop them past the exit line and cause them to run out.) This didn't work and resulted in him falling far past the gate, where I couldn't interact with him anymore, but he still didn't exit the trial.
I waited out the endgame collapse and the game didn't end, so I was forced to quit and eat the penalty. No clue if this was a hacking situation or if something went wrong on the game end, but I thought I'd submit the logs for examination.
Semi unrelated, but there was a hook in the upstairs hallway that I couldn't interact with. It was facing parallel to the wall instead of the diagonal angle they're usually at and it might have been too close to the wall for me to fit in the prompt zone.
