why tf do my settings keep resetting every launch its really pisses me off

Every time I launch the game all my keybinds are reset and actions are set to toggle. Sometimes I forget to change all the settings before going into a match and it causes me to miss skillchecks or go down sometimes. Its really annoying since I change a decent amount of keybinds. Anyone know what is causing this to happen?
