Deja vu again and again and again
Ok another 2 games today 8 survivors running deja vu.
What is the upcoming change to this perk?
Is it going to be a nerf or buff?
I don't play survivor but I'd hate to think it's a buff because I see enough of it as it is.
Which / what is it?
Curiosity killed the cat and all that.

It's because Maps (the item) don't track objects anymore, so the perk's being updated to reflect that. It isn't actually changing, just its interaction with that item.

It’s one of those perks that gives you value without any kind of secondary activation, which is rare these days and useful. Plus, knowing where the gens are is always valuable. Imagine if killer didn’t get to see the auras of the gens base-kit, but there was a perk that let you do it. I could see it being quite popular on the killer side too, but because they always have kind of information the perk may seem a little silly at first

The perk change has nothing to do with what survivors run it for.

Its just a nice perk. not particularly strong but it helps streamline the game a bit, I feel naked without that perk.

It's always useful to avoid a 3-gen.
Imo, the perk is fine.

What's so wrong with survivors running Deja Vu? It is just very convenient perk.

not only is it a strong perk but it’s also a very “feel good” perk. bringing deja vu into the match feels like you serve an important role on the team, preventing the 3 gen. many of my friends use deja vu not only for the constant information so they’re never wandering around the map tryna find gens but also the ensure that we never end up in a bad 3 gen at the end of the game. there’s also a fun little mini game where you have to know which of the 3 highlighted generators to complete in order for the generator spread to get wider and wider. also yellow bar go brrr.

It's just a really nice perk. Useful information and a small repair speed bonus.
