Killer concept: The Whisper
Disclaimer: This was a concept i thought about half a year ago, but never cared for the ability. So i kinda gave up on it, maybe someone else can make a better version.
Power: creeping horrors
Existing in another dimension, the Whisper can only appear in weakened minds. You are permanently invisible with increased speed, but unable to interact with survivors and objects within your own realm.
Special ability: whisper
While in your own realm, hold the power button and press the attack button to whisper to a survivor (a whisper like "hey" or "over here"). After whispering to a survivor, increase their demented meter (50%).
Special ability: Gateway
Hold the ability button to place up to 3 gateways, after placing a gateway, enter the survivor's realm, allowing you to interact with survivors and objects.
Each gateway emits whispers and increases survivor's demented meter within a 32 meter range over time (5% for every second base kit).
Survivors can interact and close gateways, but increase their demented meter by 10%.
(Basically get the 10% demented or get 100% demented over the span of 20 seconds)
Special ability: Warped controls
While in the same realm of survivors, hold the power button and press the ability button to switch a targeted survivor's controls for a short time (1s base, addons increase).
Special ability: demented manifestation
Once all survivors are fully demented, your gateways disappear and you are permanently within the survivor's realm.
Hold the ability button to scream and stun all survivors (with a cooldown similar to doctors static blast)

When downing a survivor, all survivors within a 32 meter radius is effected with a 9% repair debuff for 30 seconds
"How can I concentrate when something's out there?"

Trusting others is a weakness to exploit.
You are obsessed with one survivor.
When another survivor heals your obsession, the next time you down the obsession, the healer will become broken for 30 seconds.

Scourge hook: haunting presence
Your presence is overwhelming to most.
When hooking a survivor on a scourge hook, your terror radius is transferred to all scourge hooks and you gain undetectable for 30s.
Any survivor who interacts with a scourge hook during this time, will gain the blindness status effect for 16s.
