Buff suggestions for Come and Get Me!

Imo, this perk is the most fun perk out of the 6 that have released but I find it underwhelming due to its many conditions. Therefore I suggest one of the three changes to it.

  1. Change from requiring an unhook to becoming a timed cooldown. For example 60s
  2. Increase its range from 24m to 32m
  3. Increase the duration of the effects from 15s to 30s. (This number can be changed)
