It's been on my mind for a while, I think a DBD RPG delving into the expanded lore would work really well. With the "multiverse" aspect of DBD lore, the character creation system could allow creation of alternate versions of existing survivors and killers, as well as complete OCs. It would also be a cool way for players to explore crossover characters that aren't (yet) in the game through homebrew, especially if they're unlikely to be added due to obscurity or licencing issues. I wonder if anyone in the DBD community would play a game like that?
