If it is mentioning it here for everyone to read probably isn't for the best.

I could be wrong, but I feel like the new DC penalties are likely to condition players against doing it even when they're free.

They aren't. My game has been getting stuck at the loading screen causing me to End Task but I got hit with a 5 minute before I could work the 20 matches down.
