Real Matchmaking incentives PLEASE

In the last year ( and this)i just saw 25 or 50% incentives, anytime for survivor or killer, so, why? why not increase these incentives to a real incentive number? like 200 or 250%. We have almost 100 characters or more in this game and realistic just 25% or even 50% dont give me real incentive to change "my side" in the game. I always ask myself. Why not put this incentives in another level? Please BHVR give us a major and real incentives to play in the other side and help us to prestiges our characters.
