New survivor perks are so bad that it seems like an April Fools joke
There's no way the devs actually think these will be used right? A perk should be an actual perk, meaning it shouldn't come with downsides. The time wasted trying to activate some of these perks would help the killer more than the survivors most of the time.
Perk 1: Too much work for a terrible reward
Perk 2: Babysitter with extra steps
Perk 3: Teamwork, nobody will use it
Perk 4: Use Unbreakable instead
Perk 5: The only time this will actually make a difference is when Otzdarva, JRM, and Hens chain stun some poor guy for views.
Perk 6: Teamwork, nobody will use it (except 4 man bully squads).

I feel like there are 10 or so perks for survivor that do anything to alter the outcome of a match.

They have to recycle old code, cause when they use anything new, survivors would spawn in horizontally or something wacky.
As for the quality, look at any decent quality survivor perk from the past. They've all been gutted.. it's best to push out something that nobody's going to use, than something good that'll get complained about and forces them to waste more time on it.

- Conviction is one of the best survivor perks in YEARS. The rest of the perks are really mediocre, you're right.

Invocation: Treacherous Crows would like to have a word with you.

That perk is next to useless terrible… what are you talking about? The crazy amount of restrictions and distance on it makes it unusable. There’s a reason nobody uses it, or any invocations for that matter.

I meant that these new perks are godlike compared to the sheer throw that Invocations are.

There are plenty of really bad perks on both sides.

I think you're being quick to dismiss these.
Someone's already pointed out that Conviction is very good, the fact that Unbreakable exists doesn't change that. Hell, there's an argument that could be made for Conviction being too good, it's definitely not a bad perk by any stretch.
I also think that Come And Get Me isn't that bad, honestly. It's definitely similar to Babysitter, but the fact that it can be used after the unhook without being tied to the unhook puts it in its own niche imo. Not a perk I've personally gotten around to using yet, but one I absolutely could.
Apocalyptic Ingenuity is bad, no denying that. I also think Last Stand isn't nearly as good as some people make it out to be, so no arguments there.
The last thing I'd like to say is that you shouldn't immediately dismiss a perk because it uses a keyword in common with bad perks. Neither of these Teamwork perks are fantastic, don't get me wrong, but they're SIGNIFICANTLY better than the previous Teamwork perks. That archetype doesn't actually mean anything, the perks share nothing in common with each other that other perks don't also have, each perk should absolutely be evaluated on their own merits instead as part of a group. There is no group, "Teamwork" doesn't mean anything.(ftr I would probably say both of these Teamwork perks have niche application with a SWF but wouldn't be worth it in solo queue. Not bad, but not really all that good either.)
