If you are working on a gen with the perk active, and it gets blocked, you will have the glyph floating before you.
Also, if you work on a gen with Potential Energy active, and the killer has Overcharge, it prevents the perk from working until the skill check is over.
Lastly, there's another bug I think is caused by Overcharge where you will have the glyph open, but repair the gen instead, unless you tap the gen over and over to build stacks.
