The Killer: The Lord of Terror (Diablo)

Lord of Terror's backstory: The King of Khanduras, Leoric was plauged by terrors, terrors caused by one of the three Prime Evil's the Lord of Terror Diablo. Having failed to break the king he influenced the kings adviser Archbishop Lazarus to take away Leorics youngest son Prince Albrecth, taken away to Tristram's Cathedral Albrecth had a Soulstone embedded into his forehead becoming a vessel and the Lord of Terror began to bring upon the Darkening of Tristram. Hope was not lost though Albrecth's older brother Aiden returned home and fought his way through the Cathedral and in the process defeat's Diablo, imprisoning him in the Soulstone and freeing his brother from his suffering. Diablo now trapped in the stone now waited hoping Aiden would lose himself to terror. But as he waited, something reached out to the Lord of Terror. Diablo soon found himself freed of the stone but not back in the Burning Hells, Somewhere filled with a dark fog. Diablo realized he had new playthings to spread fear onto, and all the time in world to instill true Terror…..
The Lord of Terrors Power: Prime Evil
The Lord of Terror instill's Fear onto all damned souls. As soon as the Trail begins Diablo will transform the Realm to his own image bringing upon the Realm of Terror. All survivors will see the realm in a dark purple and black fog as damned souls fly around and scream in terror. Holding down the Abillity Button will allow Diablo to call upon a damned soul and send it to inflict fear upon a Survivor. When a survivor is attacked by a damned soul the survivor will be inflicted with a new Status Effect: Feared. While the survivor is feared Diablo unlocks the abillity to summon Terrors to torment the survivor. The Lord of Terror will have 3 Terrors to select from. If a Survivor is Affected by a Terror Diablo will gain the Undetectable Status Effecf for 20 seconds. Survivors can stop the Terrors by shining their flashlights upon them.
Terror 1: Feared Survivors will see a Dark Purple shadow running towards them with no terror radius, as it gets closer it radiates a loud scream that gets louder the closer it gets. If the Terror hits the Survivor the Survivor will effected by the Hindered Status Effect as well as Scream at Intervals of 5 seconds for 30 seconds.
Terror 2: Diablo can trap all lockers within a 40 Meter radius. If a Survivor interacts with a locker in this radius, a demon will jump out of the locker and start chasing the Survivor, if it catches the Survivor it will deal a health state of damage. The demon will chase the Survivor for 15 seconds. The demon will also play a unique animation jumpscaring the survivor upon it leaving the locker.
Terror 3: Diablo sends a swarm of demonic imps to hide within a generator, when that generator is complete the imps will jump out and any non Feared Survivors will become feared. Feared Survivors will be attacked by the imps causing the survivor to be Broken for 20 seconds as well have their Aura revealed for 20 seconds.
The Lord of Terror comes with 3 Perks
Perk 1: Hex: Damned Soul
When ever you hook a survivor that survivor becomes cursed, Whenever the survivor throws down a pallet any survivor within 24 meters will scream. This Hex only effects one survivor in the Trial and is gone forever once cleansed.

Perk 2: Scourge Hook:Endless Nightmares
Upon hooking a survivor, one random survivor will have a 24 meter Terror Radius projected onto them. Any survivors entering the affected survivors terror radius will scream.

Perk 3: Hope Crumbles
When you cause a survivor to scream from whatever means, the most progressed generator will be hit with continuous skill checks for 10 seconds. Failing one skill check will cause the generator to lose an extra 15% progress. Hope crumbles goes on cooldown for 40 seconds.
How tastes your fear? — Diablo
Add onns:
Common:
Horadric Scoll- decreased cooldown for Terrors by 3 seconds.
Burnt out candle- any survivor affected by Terror 1 will have their Hindered status increased by 8 seconds
Demon Horn- any survivor affected by Terror 2 will be chased for an extra 5 seconds.
Shattered Sword- any survivor affected by Terror 3 will have their aura revealed for an extra 5 seconds.
Uncommon:
Shattered Flail- when a Feared survivor is injured all other Feared survivors will be aflicted by the Blindness Status Effect for 20 seconds.
bloodstained robes- when a survivor is Feared their pools of blood and grunts of pain will become louder for 20 seconds.
Broken Short Bow- when a survivor is Feared their item comsumption will be increased by 10%
Dull Dagger- when a survivor is Feared they will be aflicted with Mangled for 20 seconds.
Scratched Plate Mail- when a Feared survivor vaults a window it will become blocked for ten seconds.
Rare
Scavenger Corpse-when a survivor is affected by a Terror gain 8% haste for 15 seconds.
Fallen One's Spear- When a Terror is warded off all other Terrors on cooldown will be decreased by 5 seconds.
Skeletons Captains Shield- When a Terror is sent out anyone not Feared will hear the killers terror radius for ten seconds.
Illusion Weaver's Head- When a Terror fails to affect a survivor the survivors aura will be revealed for 4 seconds.
Very rare
Butchers Cleaver- When a gen affected by Terror 3 is complete the Imps will run towards the nearest other gen and hide there. This comes at the cost of not Fearing non Feared survivors.
Fresh Meat!— The Butcher
Ring Of Truth- When Terror 2 jumps out of a locker if it hits a survivor it will go after another feared survivor.
Ogdens Sign- When Terror 1 catches a survivor it will put the survivor into deep wounds at the cost of no hindered.
Anvil of Fury- Terror 1 will move slower but it will not scream. Terror 2 will not chase a survivor but when it jumps out of a locker will injure a survivor instantly. Terror 3 imps will cause loud noise notifcations at a gen but will not fear survivors.
Ultra Rare
Undead Crown- All Survivors will start Feared at the start of the Trial. When the Exit Gates are powered all Feared survivors will scream and will have Terror 2 attack them all at once.
Iri Soulstone- You will have no terror radius for the rest of the trial at the cost of Terrors having increased cooldown as well as increased footstep sounds and breathing.
Counterplay for Fear: Across the map tables lit with candles will have a Horadric runes scratched onto them. The survivor can interact with the table and enter a trance this action will take 30 seconds. At the end the survivor will be cleansed of Fear.
