Nvidia smooth motion
I'm right now on vacation and I've seen that nvidia released smooth motion today in patch and I've read that it can work on older games that don't have DLSS support so:
Does any nvidia user can tell me if smooth motion works on dbd?

It works, tested it with a friend on his 5070ti it can reach up to 400fps avg at max settings he plays 1080p.
Just make sure to uncap fps in the engine.ini first to like 240 fps first.

Having a native fps maxed out at 240 fps without a single drop, if you cant reach 240 fps native without frame gen you will get slowdowns and input lag.
So if your rig cant handle 240 fps at all times, cap it at 180 or 165.

Thanks! Glad it works. Gonna test it when I come back 😊

Uhh it does sometimes bug out, depends if you play fullscreen or borderless, tabbing in and out or having steam overlay and such or any overlay bugs out the game engine since the game is not intended to have fake frames.
Buut you will notice insane smoothness if you got 240-360-480hz monitor.
Your response and latency should remain minimal, the skill checks should feel smoother, slight input lag due to the added fake frames but way better than playing the game at like 60 fps or 120 fps lock.

By bug out i mean it will crash giving like EOS bug report or EAC something like that.

My monitor sadly supports 144hz so I guess I'll be just staying at 120fps 😭
But thanks for the tips 🤗
