Can we please get our items from previous events back?

Hey all, I don't really know when this happened but it seems I don't have my cosmetics from previous events anymore. I've heard this from some others too. This is very upsetting tbh. I contacted bhvr support, they told me they were gonna help me with this but till this day I haven't heard anything from them. I'm talking about David's jacket, Kate's shirt, Billy's hammer, Huntress' mask. They are all gone..
