    Yes. It works with any killer blind, so flashlights, flashbangs, blast mines will all work. In fact, if you have Blast Mine + Residual Manifest and see a killer trigger Blast Mine but Residual Manifest doesn't activate, that's a Lightborn giveaway.

    I have a build on Cheryl that uses flashbang, blast mine, residual manifest, and head on.

    Kind of shut down a spoon Myers with it once on accident.

    I don't recommend it unless you know what you're getting into. It either doesn't work (most of the time) or you get bled out for 4 minutes.
