Please, keep extending 2v8
2v8 is fun, even though the Queue very long for killer. The game is so much more fun and chill in 2v8 because the game is finally a casual experience where everyone is just having a good time. You need to extend it.

In some ways yes. But my point is that there are plenty of people who also like 2v8 and want it to stay.

I am glad for this extension. I have family in town for most of its release and I always enjoy dbds game modes and was afraid I wouldnt be able to sneal away and play. Im also a survivor main, but due to the play while you wait feature I actually q up for killer with a friend 🧡

I don't know about the everyone having fun part. I have fun as killer, yeah, but there's a reason survivor has a 5x bonus. I don't think too many people would play the role if there was no bonus. I sure wouldn't. Getting double tapped by two killers who can see my aura isn't my favorite.

I agree. It's more casual and way less stressful. I think people enjoy the game more during 2v8.

There seems to be a lot of negativity around it when I come to the forums but I do enjoy it, on both sides. I don't mind the extension at all, considering it is limited time & we'll have to go back to 1v4 eventually anyways. Rather enjoy it while its here.

I'm glad it got extended because I was on a bit of a dbd break. I replaced dbd for rivals as a casual fun party game for a bit

I doesn't bother me. I haven't been playing all that much.
Only thing I hate is when they extend it when I do play I sort of feel like I'm forced to play 2v8 because of the BP bonus. I would like to play some normal matches too but I can't pass up the BP.

My only problem with 2v8 is that it wrecks the 1v4 queue so it's either play the casual party mode and wait half an hour to make tiny progress on killer quests, or don't play killer at all.
And killer in 2v8 has not been fun for me anyway.

In my honest opinion, the massive skill difference in survivor team comps makes this mode kind of unbearable. 1v4 already has problems where 1-3 great survivors will get paired with 1-3 "whats a loop?" survivors. 8 is a another beast entirely. If it wasn't for the massive amount of BP you get for playing as survivor I don't think it's worth playing at all.
Like how often do you actually see people looping in this game mode? I swear nearly every survivor I see get chased just takes the killers on a world tour of the generators to assure the most possible disruption to their team's objectives.3 -
As fun as it is 2v8 is, I enjoy actually playing killer, so to have a queue time that isn't 30 minutes is nice. Playing killer just isn't something I can do as often as I would be able to without 2v8 being available.

Yeah, I love every survivor match being against Blight or Legion.
Yeah, I love queuing for 30 minutes to play killer only for my teammate to be AFK for 90% of the match.
A good time. Right.

Oh, and we can't forget the constant teammate ragequits so I end up with several bots that are even dumber in 2v8 than they are in 1v4.

I really wish they make 2v8 a weekend thing (every Friday-Sunday), 1v4 is terrible for solo Q survivors

Oh..I thought your 'only' problem with 2v8 was that it wrecks 1v4 que times.
If killer isn't fun for you in 2v8 and you seemingly find any and every reason not to que 1v4, then maybe you should take a break and go play something else.
Not every match is a Blight or Legion, stop exaggerating.
You either had an AFK teammate once or you're lying/exaggerating. Your teammate is not AFK in every killer match nor is it a common occurrence. You don't have to lie about things, we play the same game.

I'm loving the event and the best therapy for toxic killers is to play survivor. The play while you wait feature is excellent.
