Clown Changes ain't enough

Purple bottles will have use again and Yellow bottles will take 1 extra seconds to activate again but that ain't enough he's still always gonna be 15% faster.
You should nerf the haste as well or at least nerf his haste Add-ons like Garish makeup kit and Cheap gin bottle

You realize before the changes he moved at 10% movement speed, and after the chnages it was 12% right? He ALWAYS was able to be that fast.

Like I said in posts prior. Clown could always achieve these speeds its just the effort required was massively reduced. A lot of the hate you see and feel now is simply because it was always there and you see it every other game.
