Added a unique effect to the Killer hook state UI that indicates the last Survivor they hooked

My question is does this UI symbol stay permanently or does it disappear on the next unique hook?

In the latter case, it could be a good idea to put two symbols then if you hook a already hooked Survivor again.
Just so Killers dont walk accidently into the anti-tunnel compensation for Survivors by accident.
