Dracula has same bugged delay in his abilities than live servers but seems to be even worse in PTB
SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In Live servers Dracula has been bugged since May 2025 with the Orela release. A lot of times when shapeshifting there is a delay after pressing the button and before it starts with the transformation that was never here before. In PTB, i tested in Custom game (no high ping) and the delay seems to be now here on every time he transforms. It also did affect his teleportation in Bat form.

Keep in mind than the Singularity bug it seems that it got fixed but Dracula for some reason didn't.

I report it again now because it seems in PTB now is affecting on literally EVERY time he transforms, at least when i tested it on a custom game.
The bug is critical. It affects his gameplay and now its happening every time with no exception.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Play as Dracula and transform between the forms.
