SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Title is very self explanatory, you cannot vault the window in the crane loop

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Go to crane, approach the mighty crane vault carefully, "You shall not pass!" it hollers as you are not worthy of vaulting it… Nobody is
