Theoretically is clown now the second fastest killer in DBD (for temporary speed anyway)

So i've always mained clown and the new speed clown has is kinda insane to play because of how fast he runs.
Now this new Patch is introducing anti tunnel which i don't want to go into here im only interested in 1 part of that.
10% haste for 15 seconds on unique hook

I tried out my boy in PTB in a custom game and honestly bots can have wall hacks all they want you aint escaping a clown if your caught within those 15 seconds

So this got me thinking does this extra 10% off hook make him a contender for one of the fastest moving killers in the game.

I've been doing some math and here is what I believe to be top 4 fastest movements temporary speed (Note that i have not included killers that Teleport because this is more about what you can do in chase not just movement around the map)

Number 1 is nurse moving at a staggering 13.33m/s for 1.5 seconds (blink time)
Number 2 is Clown…. Yes Clown theoretically is 7.59m/s
Number 3 is Spirit at 7.04m/s during phase walking
Number 4 is Blight rush at 6.9m/s AND pig dash at 6.9m/s (Potentially the new myers dash but will have to wait for live to see the final speed)

So how did i get clown to go 7.59m/s
Furtive Chase - Hook the obsession get 10% haste after hook
Play with your Food - 3 stacks 15% haste (relies on a grab on the obsession)
Machine learning - 8% haste for 60 seconds after compromised gen pop
Battries Included - 5% haste when near
Yellow Bottle - 17% haste (with both haste addons)
New anti tunnel unique hook - 10% haste

This means that under the right conditions clown can get 65% haste boost brining him to 7.59m/s

Now i understand that its unlikely this will happen in general play this is just a theoretical fastest speed you can obtain from clown

I did a more realistic speed calculation and after hitting a survivor without to much setup you can basically achieve 6.7m/s (Just under blight rush speed)
This requires:
Battries - 5%
Rapid Brutality - 5% after hit
Machine Learning - 8%
Play with your food - 10%
Yellow Bottle - 17%
Total haste of 47% with a total speed of 6.67m/s

Now im not an expert on DBD by any stretch and i would love to know if there is any way to make clown even faster (in theory) or if i got anything wrong here.
