Bots repeatedly attempting to sabotage hook but not completing motion

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Bots will attempt to sabotage the hook when the killer is carrying a survivor directly to the hook in front of them. They will not complete this action, simply sliding back and forth to attempt to both complete the action and also run from the killer.
PLATFORM: PC, Steam
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Bring a survivor, a bot with Sabotage and a toolbox, and a killer into a custom match.
- Down the human survivor, carry them to the hook nearest to the bot.
- The bot will attempt to sabo the hook repeatedly without stopping.
Unfortunately, as this happened in a random live game, I do not have video of it, but I have uploaded the logs of the match to hopefully get some information. If it helps the devs read the log a bit better, it's supposed to be a match against the Shape on Coldwind Farm.
