in 9.2.0 PTB Bug Reporting

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: The Nurses power just straight up does not work sometimes and the chain blink does not work.

PLATFORM: PC

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED: Try to use Nurses power

Please fix this, The nurse is already bugged and adding this on top of the current bugs will just make her unplayable.
