Conviction is bugged with the basekit anti-slug tenacity mechanic

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: In the PTB, I was testing the basekit Unbreakable mechanic with a friend. While doing so, we discovered that there was unknown boost to the base movement speed of the survivor after they got up at one point. We did more testing to figure out why this happened and narrowed it down a bit to when Conviction is equipped.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
- Activate Conviction
- Get downed naturally or by the killer's attack
- ???
- Base movement speed is active until healed

The effect of the movement speed boost seems to be stronger as the match plays out and even affects crawling speed when I put my friend down on the ground.
