Survivors Missing Glowing Fungus Animation After Unhook

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE: Occasionally when versing Krasue, perhaps after being unhooked, Survivors will be missing the "Eat Glowing Fungus" animation.
PLATFORM: PC (Steam)
STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:
I've done extensive testing but I'm not entirely sure what exactly causes the bug to trigger. This is what I did:
- Play Survivor against Krasue
- Take a Glowing Fungus
- Become Leeched
- Get hooked
- After being unhooked, sometimes the "Eat Glowing Fungus" animation will not play.
