Should the 2v8 bloodpoint multiplier be changed?(It's x5 bloodpoints for survivors currently)

My problem is not that it gives so much bloodpoints, my problem is that it's on survivor and because of that everyone is playing survivor, survivor Q times take like 5 seconds while killer Q times is more than 30 minutes. I can imagine the reason behind this witch I think is so people have a reason to play survivor but this reason is kinda wrong and i think is should be something around x3 bloodpoints for killers, but that's just what i think do you agree?

    That's not how the queue works. Killers are having a harder time finding trials because there aren't enough Survivors in the queue. The incentives are there to hopefully be juicy enough so more Survivors will queue up. If you take those away, it doesn't guarantee a change but it certainly doesn't help either.
