Is the 9.3 Mid-Chapter coming 2 weeks after the 9.2 update?

The current rift pass is scheduled to end on Wednesday, October 8th. Whenever a new rift pass starts, it’s with the release of the mid chapter. Does that mean we should expect another ptb for the midchapter very soon or was this not pushed back along with the content delay that happened 2 weeks ago?
