Game Freezes / Crashes / or won't even load when Streaming with OBS 29 or version 30.

SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Using the latest version of OBS or version 29, the game would either crash as well as OBS or at times if streaming first then loading the game, the game will run in the background after a long wait at the anti-cheat screen. But when the launcher screen goes away, the game silently runs in the background with nothing on screen.

Only solution:

Don't stream and restart the PC then I can run the game.

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW THE ISSUE OCCURED:

1. Use OBS 30 or 29, have it detect the game using a game capture scene
2. Start streaming in OBS.
3. Launch the game.
   1. The game will not appear on screen, instead the easy anti-cheat screen loads for a while then goes away, but you can find the game running in the task manager. Manually exiting or exiting via steam will not fix this issue.
   2. Or, launch the game first, then load OBS and the result is after 5-10 minutes both game and OBS freezes and crashes to desktop.
4. Restarting the PC and not streaming or using the graphics card encoder in OBS with the game will load the game normally.
5. Lowering streaming bitrates and other encoder settings does not fix this issue.
6. Lowering the game graphical settings doesn't seem to help neither.

VIDEO:

No video, just either a freeze on both the game during the level load menu, or sometimes at the main menu screen. Whenever the graphics card is heavily used first both game and OBS crashes.
