Was the Modifier in September Cancelled/Delayed?

On the roadmap for Year 10, we were due a modifier that was meant to be in the second half of September.
I understand with the delays to the chapter/things shuffling around that the roadmap is now outdated, but just wondering if this is still happening or it's been removed?
