My Psychic Cat has told me that Scissorman is going on vacation to a University upon the great mount Ormond.

Some say it was exactly 30 years ago this very day that anyone ever stepped foot into the building...until now. The halls have been disturbed and Scissorman has raised from his slumber to reclaim this land as his own once more. 

P.s. Sources tell us that he's been insidious camping the parking garage located beside the entry of the university main entrance.
