Should a survivor be able to body-block with off the record after they have been healed?
I just had a game on Gideon meat plant where after hooking a Nea I heard a nearby gen with some progress and went to use my pop on it despite knowing a Dwight was lingering nearby to unhook her. Then when I returned to them Nea was healed and they were in the corner of the map with the big L shaped loop next to the frozen woman and the pallet was down. I was chasing Dwight because he was cornered and Nea was running to the center of the map and managed to injure him but then Nea took not one but 2 protection hits because she was healed and with OTR allowing them both to escape. Didn't feel fair.

People will do it no matter what. U can’t create anti tunnel and don’t provoke players who already good enough in this game to weaponise it. Because this “anti”correlates with main objective.
Treat it like “anti” gen rush perks, like deadlock. Do survivors deserve to get gen blocked by doing well in their objective part while from killer side he did just… nothing? No. But because many people can’t play the game without relying on other side being artificially limited, we have this “anti”. Either optional or base kit.
It would be always like this if devs will continue to build game pace around “anti” play, rather than just a play.

Yes
i think they should be able to with the stipulation that they still cannot do any conspicuous actions
