a big staple in most people's childhoods mine included it could work and having another goofy style chapter could be fun as the Krasue has satisfied my horror's beyond comprehension in dbd quota for now. Plus the trailer would have to do the running in the hallway gag the series is known for and i would love to recreate in game.

    They've definitely tried given how often this gets requested and the developer's previous ties to the Scooby Doo license. Sadly, I imagine the license holders aren't keen on the idea of putting their family-friendly IP in a violent game like DbD. IIRC this was actually confirmed (or at least heavily implied) in a developer interview some years back.

    Of course, things can change. But I wouldn't hold my breath on Scooby Doo coming to DbD.
