I would love to hear the counterplay...
from the devs on the krasue..like what do they think the counterplay is right now?

Counterplay is to simply not play Survivor, evidently.

seems that way lol,
I don't get how she can have that massive FOV and see over many loops making mind games effectively dead, remind me why was stretch res removed? and they essentially give it to this killer.

Just bring anti-tunnel to make sure you don't get chased and hit again immediately after unhook. I heard Off the Record is great.
I also just woke up from a month long nap. Now let me just take a sip of coffee and read the newest DBD patch notes.

I don't know how or why they decided to buff like 5 aspects of her kit all at the same time. Especially the whole Chucky-style sliding on collision thing. Reminds me of how they buffed Houndmaster.
It makes me wonder if it was the primary designer that threw these changes in or someone else entirely, since the PTB design seemed strong but mostly sensible, just a little clunky.

At this point do they even test the killers that they put into the live game?
They do the PTB and then the killer comes out a few weeks later in a completely different, much more powerful form that people they actually listen to would be able to tell them is silly.
What is the point of a PTB when they do this and then randomly change other perks that they didn't change during the PTB that make no sense without testing?

She will likely get the ''cure on hook'' treatment at best. From what I've seen and experienced, she generally is oppressive only when tunneling infected survivors off the hook. So long as survivors stay healthy and spread well, she is quite manageable and often map dependent. Some addons will probably get some ''tweaks'' but in general she is not as ''oppressive'' as some people say.

I think devs just overreacted to the feedback of "it feels clunky". They did the same to myers as well, by making the slaughtering strike "feel more lunge-y", they nerfed it to the point where it's pointless.
Devs validate player feedback far too much (to the point of invalidating reason). They are seriously lacking their own design intuition.6 -

100%. And it sucks to say because I know they generally mean well and there are a lot of cool people working on the game, but it's like they just don't trust themselves much these days when it comes to fine tuning numbers especially. That's not say that I don't appreciate them taking feedback into account (devs like Arrowhead are a bit too strongheaded about arbitrary things), but man.

It's literally just tell sell a killer. Release over preforming killer so people buy to be "competitive" allow killer to over preform till new killer is announced.
