SUMMARY OF THE ISSUE:

Killer unable to pickup downed survivor whilst other survivor heals.
This makes little sense a killer being unable to overpower a survivor and simply pickup the downed survivor.
Survivors have called this exploit 'Heal Tech'.

    Yeah no offence but this has been in the game for such a long time it's just an accepted normality, not really an exploit.

    Uhh are you trying to say you deserve a free kill because the survivors are using strategy to try and save the downed survivor?

    Were you literally unable to pickup the survivor from a bug or were you just in a position where a survivor could blind/body block/save?

    If it's the latter then it's on your for getting yourself in that position.
