My observations of The Krasue
Hello, before you ask for my credentials… uhh idk but the Twitter guy asked for my feedback so I’d love to go into detail.

First of all I believe the biggest overall problem with Krasue is that she is easily in the top 3 strongest killers in the game but she requires not a lot of playtime or skill to become a good Krasue. Unlike Blight whose lethality scales well with his skill, a brand new Krasue will win every game with no needed knowledge. It’s also a good time to mention that playing her is just not very fun if you have no room to grow or learn, and winning every single game very easily is not rewarding to players. To remedy this, I’m going to list key areas to bring her down a little to where her skill and strength are relative and where she is fun to play and more fun to play against.
- Intestinal Whip
I've noticed in the games that I've played (and also the many hours of games I've watched of Krasue gameplay) that her Intestinal Whip attack is VERY difficult for survivors to react to, and with the new wallhug and curving added she can whip you around a tile at lightning speeds and survivors don't have time to even see it coming a lot of the time. This is true even when survivors are camping pallets, there is not enough time to even drop the pallet. I would perhaps make her whip animation a little longer to add more counterplay for survivors, this would not touch her strength very much but it instantly gives survivors a little bit more agency.
- Regurgitation
I actually have 3 distinct points I want to note about her Regurgitate ability so I'll go one by one. Firstly, one of my biggest surprises when I first got my hands on Krasue was just how short the cooldown was for Regurgitate, it feels very odd in my opinion as you almost don't need to aim or think about where you are shooting, even if you miss 8 times in a row it doesn't matter because you didn't waste much time! I would personally make the cooldown 3-5 seconds. Secondly, there's a long-standing issue with this ability where you can M2 a survivor and instantly M1 to infect + basic attack survivors both instantaneously and I find this to be quite unfair, I think it leaves survivors wondering what they could've done and unfortunately the answer is nothing. It may be seen as extreme but I would personally make her Regurgitate ability incur a basic attack cooldown, just to not give Krasue the luxury of getting 2 things at once. Finally, I've noticed that when her regurgitation hits a surface it splatters, following a very typical trajectory, UNLESS a survivor is nearby in which case it then auto aims the splatter towards the survivor. I think given the very short cooldown, this is very unnecessary and means more so that aiming is not mandatory.
- Headlong Flight
In my opinion this is one of her most problematic areas and I'd love to give more insight as to why. Firstly, I don't think using it as normal mobility is problematic at all (besides 2 addons that should be nerfed but I will get back to that later). However, when using her headlong flight in chase it allows Krasue to catch up to survivors before they make it to the next loop (yes, even with the pallet density update). This itself rings major alarm bells as this is one of the biggest complaints players have with The Ghoul, who can cancel his power on survivors and attack 2 seconds later. I think this part of Krasue is arguably the least fun part of facing her, and it is VERY strong. I have 2 ideas that could reduce her Headlong Flight strength in chases, because if we are honest a 4.8ms killer with 3rd person view does NOT need a flight mid chase to be strong she will be just fine. Firstly, I would very slightly reduce the flight speed of Headlong Flight to give survivors more of a chance to make it to the next loop and I think this is more than fair. Secondly I know this would not be popular but I believe it is needed. I would personally increase the attack cooldown after coming out of Headlong Flight, similar to how Vecna cannot attack immediately after his Fly. It does not have to be as long but any increase will not hurt Krasue but will greatly help survivors which they need because it currently has almost no counterplay if she decides to fly upon you.
- Scamper
I initially thought her "scamper" ability was fine but since it has been buffed and I have seen a lot gameplay, I realise that it is also very problematic and removes the largest amount of counterplay that survivors have. Even around small loops, she can vault and will injure/down survivors before they can make it round for another loop. Also I'd like to add that I believe giving her the ability to vault things mid flight was also a problematic move, mostly because she can continue flying after the vault with no cooldown applied to headlong flight. I choose to believe this was a bug. Overall I think the ability to vault windows should stay like other killers have, but she should instead break pallets in head form (and maybe make it so that breaking pallets incurs a cooldown to Headlong Flight so she can't catch up immediately like The Ghoul used to).
- Infection
I only have 1 thought about this and it's pretty obvious, that Infection should be completely removed when a survivor is hooked. This is the only no-brainer that I'm absolutely certain on because currently she is the best tunneller in the whole game.

I feel like this is because her head form is third person, and I honestly feel like it was unescesarry. I wish her head form was first person, does anyone agree?
