Hotline Miami Killer Concept

The Killer: The Sociopath (Jacket)
A disturbed killer, able to brutalize surviviors using his power Animal. His perks are Maniac, Hex: Fractured Mind, and Scourge Hook: Broken Soul

Movement Speed: 4.6 meters
Terror Radius: 32 meters
The Sociopath's Lore:
It was the 1980's, many russian immigrant's had turned to crime hiding away in nightclubs until an Animal showed up and left carnage in his wake. Known only as Jacket served in the millitary almost losing his life but was saved by his best friend Beard. Jacket was left with scars both physical and mental and after his girlfriend dumped him and Beard was reduced to nothing more than dust in a nuclear explosion in California Jacket was alone. This lead to a downward spiral for Jacket slipping further and further into psychosis and after a phone call he was able to channel his madness into murder. Russian gangsters were his victims hunted down and killed and quick and brutal fashion. Jackets madness only grew worse the more he killed and more than just the police and the mob took notice…. after another job and more bodies left in his wake Jacket was swallowed up by darkness and taken somewhere foreign to him. He didnt care though having lost everything he just carried on doing the one thing he does best……..
The Sociopaths Power: Animal
Pressing the Abillity Button will have Jacket enter a mode called: Rampage
Rampage: while in this state Jacket has his terror radius increased by 8 meters, increased gen, pallet, and breakable wall break speed by 30%, increased vault speed by 10%, and anyone who sees him will scream. When Jacket hits someone in this state the survivor will be increase Jackets Rampage meter by 8 seconds, Rampage mode lasts for 45 seconds. When a survivor is picked up Rampage ends, when Rampage ends in any way it goes on cooldown for 30 seconds.
Secondary Abillity: Maim
When in Rampage Jacket can flip his claw hammer around to the other side and when he hits a survivor like this he inflicts the Mangled and Hemorrhage status effects for 60 seconds.
After maiming 2 survivors Jacket gains killer instinct on the farthest survivor away from him. If Jacket maims all 4 survivors Jacket flips his hammer back to normal.
The Sociopaths Perks
Perk 1 Maniac: Their suffering doesnt mean anything to you anymore……
When a 4 survivors are injured all at once gain mapwide killer instinct for 5-10-15 seconds. This Maniac can only be activated every 25 seconds.

Perk 2 Hex Fractured Mind: nobody was ever the same after gazing upon the wreckage you left behind…..
When first hooking a survivor they become cursed and a dull totem is lit. The next time the cursed survivor begins to repair a generator it is blocked for 30 seconds. The cursed survivor can see the totems aura if they are 8 meters near it.
Things never turn out the way you expect them to.
Perk 3 Scourge Hook Broken Soul: The one thing your still good at is inflicting punishment…..
When a survivor is hooked on a Scourge Hook all non injured survivors will become broken for 10-15-20 seconds.
Leaving this world is not as scary as it sounds.
Very Rare addons
Iridecent Dog Tags ( a replica of Jackets Dog Tags molded from the fog itself. It reminds the wearer of dark times…) When Rampage is activated all survivors who are repairing a generator will hear the killers terror radius for 15 seconds and scream.
Tape Recorder ( he had no need to talk anymore best to use this to communicate now….)
When you hit all survivors when in rampage mode the next time you damage a generator gain map wide aura reading for 10 seconds.
