Possible wallhacks
I have strange feeling there are many wallhacks user because every time I see someone with aura perk and they dont know I have it like nowhere to hide and its first time I use it on survivor, most of times they know even if they dont have any fov or line of sight on killer and many times I use it with trail of torment but they still know. Now I had 3 games in past few days where survivor I was chasing run to spot where hatch spawns before other survivors left the game and there was no hatch offering (hatch spawn was random, no shack or main spawn offerings). This is something only bots or wallhacking cheaters can pull but these sus moments Im having more and more.

People can preemptively run when you kick a generator to get distance. Nowhere to Hide is relatively common too so it's not out of the question to assume the killer might have it. Trail of Torment literally lights up the gen yellow when you kick it too.
Not to say that they're 100% not cheating, but the things you are describing are possible with enough gamesense.

yeah if someone is raw kicking gens, I am assuming they have Nowehere to

Can be but the hatch thing is hard to describe, its not that random moment they are running and it spawns near them but they run directly at the spot where is actualy spawns and one guy was arleady on the ground when it spawned, other fact which bothers me is he wasnt in place where hatch spawns offten like back of the shack or main bulding but in random nowher in middle of the map.

Looking at bug reports there seems to be a big problem with killer instinct being permanent at the moment

On whick killers?

Playing some hundreds of hours both survivor and killer helped me to realise if killer suddenly going to my direction where nothing actually useful for him, I…well, need to prerun? Nowhere to Hide or some BBQ user isn’t that hard to guess
There are still a lot of cheaters, but it's better just to report once if you are really that sus about them and don’t attempting to blame person in some intuition sense in endgame chat. One report won’t harm them if they are honest player

Some prerun even I was undetecteable and they had no line of sight on me plus the hatch thing was sus as hell but nothing came from report (in game report I dont have 20+ minutes plus video proof for that like most players do).

Again. If u are too sus - you can freely report. Unfortunately we don’t have some game logs or records in EG screen, and moderation pretty weak from BHVR.
It can feel unfair but if it turns out you suddenly blamed person who isn’t actually guilty is kinda bad as well.

I honestly think it might be RNG with the hatch. I have noticed in my games that maybe 2 or 3 games out of maybe 20 I will be either running/walking towards a location, or standing in a random spot and hatch spawns right in front of me. There used to be a way where you could walk the map and find the "invisible hatch" but that was patched awhile ago. This seems just lucky RNG.
Now don't get me wrong, another user mentioned it; it's not to say that 100% of the time for players it's not RNG but them wallhacking/cheating in some way shape or form. But the majority at least for my games when it happens, it is luck and logic as well. You play the maps long enough you are able to get a better idea where the hatch may spawn as well.
Now on the flip side, I have had a lot of killer's be able to come straight for me without any aura reading tripping distortion or anything that gives killer instinct. I did read something about the perma killer instinct bug so it may be more exploitative than anything. But again, Can't say that 100% of the time it's the exploitative bug or dumb luck but also could be some lowkey wallhack.
Either way, like another user said, if it is sus enough and you can't shake it, one report shouldn't harm them. Should give devs a chance to at least review the match and pin point the issue, albeit hacking, cheating, a bug or just dumb luck. lol

The only one I've been against that has admitted they permanently knew was a Wesker but reports on the bug reportjng section have indicated that Houndmaster, Legion, Artist and basically any killer that has killer instinct available to them can be affected by this.

- I speak from my experience. "Nowhere to Hide" is a perk that can only work once on an experienced survivor. 80% of the time, the killer plays very explicitly and immediately makes it clear that he has this perk equipped. So if you're a survivor and you're in premade... tell your teammates right away and everyone will play accordingly.
