Fortunately i don´t have that all the time .
But a few days ago i had a good camper. Always trades. He won.
Still works pretty good (i am talking normal players here - not the usual ez god loopers here).

You can go from being completely dominated by survivors to 4k with just slugging and camping. Thats how broken it is.

thats mostly due to team misplay. if no one doing gens while killer is camping for example. Even slugging is misplay, there has to be something wrong with the team if the killer is able down 1 survivor, find another survivor, down them, then find another and down them, then find the last survivor before the 1st person can be healed. there are counter plays, people just refuse to do them.

- Honestly, it almost never happens in my games (except at endgme, but that's understandable). What happens very often is that the killer immediately returns to the hook after unhooking... this happens in practically every game.

the team is the counter. thats like saying there is no counter to being hooked, your team is the counter, your team need to unhook you like they need to heal you.

true, but im soloq player and dont have coms. you dont need coms to spread out when slugged, the aura read is there to show people where each slug is and the hud shows each players recovery status. coms do help, but they are not needed when all the info you need is already there. its up to the players to use this info.

which bring me back to my point of why survivors are not doing gens while killer is camping. if its 1 slug the killer is camping it will take 4 min to bleed out. if survivors choose to neglect gens and try to go for the save thats a misplay. if there are more than 1 slugged, the killer cant camp 2 places at once so spread out and save the one the killer isnt camping.

No communication for solo=no way of knowing who the killers camping.

terror radius is a dead give away, if 2 survivors are on each end of the map and you see TR near 1 slug then chances are hes not camping the other. im soloq and i have countered slugging killers many time without coms. sometimes i heal them if killer isnt camping. if they are camping i knock out gens. if im slugged i crawl out of the way of gens so the killer has a fair distance to go if they decide to no longer camp and actually defend gens. there are counters no matter what way you try to slice it

If survivors were dominating then got 4k'd they made some SERIOUS mistakes and lost which is fine. They threw the game by not doing the correct plays.

Highly doubt it. Theres no counterplay in solo q without coms and slugging happens almost every match. Its the win button.

That´s why i use Kindred.
You see them camping. And even it is the best strategy to just try to make the gens as fast as possible and don´t save almost always teammates do try to save.
I am on the gen and see them go down one after another in the basement… i know they will hate me but i don´t go saving.

Shouldnt have to be bottlenecked into running the same perks each build because bhvr refuses to fix this broken mechanic.

i mean you can doubt but i can show my escape rate (over 55%) even my last 10 matches i escaped 5/10. if its as big of a "win" button as you claim and happens almost every match as you claim then how do you explain my ability to survive these slugging tactics?
every argument you have suggested i have provided a reasonable counter argument, but you have failed to provide a counter argument for why players cant use TR as an indicator where the killer is camping. Even if killer is stealth there are perks to provide aura reading on the killers location.

I'm not interested in having conversations with killer mains pretending to know how bad solo q really is. Its just the same ######### out their mouths. Bypassing 8 hook states is never fair. Killer can just run any aura perk injure injure injure injure then slug partner tried to save the slug hit 2 slugs killer camps hits next slug. Win. Its almost every match because killers know they have to save because a player out makes the game way harder.

So you played a lot of matches good for you. What exactly does that prove? You could be in a SWF for all we know.

It has nothing to do with the number of matches played. It's to show I'm far from a killer main. I can't show that from stats. But I have played about a total of 7 matches as a SWF (never played with comms) and that last time was about two years ago.

firstly survivors can bypass gens and gates to escape via hatch
secondly slug timer is 4min which is longer than the entire hook timer so its not bypassing the hooks. i mean hooks could be seen as bypassing the 4min timer of bleeding someone out.
thirdly, for over 2 months now i have barely touched killer i have been soloq player 95% of the time. so i wouldnt say im killer main at the moment. there are people that play both sides, not everyone is strictly killer main or survivor main.
fourthly, tunneling to take someone out benefits the killer, its fast, it makes sense. camping a slug for 4min can be a pretty stupid decision for the killer if survivors did gens. think how many gens 3 survivors can do in 4min. so if players are thinking they need to save the slug or its game over thats their mistake. they have 4 whole min, use it.
as previously stated, i have 60% escape rate this month so far with over 32 hours in matches. hardly killer main pretending to know how hard soloq is lol. any counter argument? maybe im a killer main that falsified my screenshot?

Unbreakable, conviction, soul guard.... Enough said. You've been given multiple scenarios and counters and each one you've dismissed. Ignorance isn't winning a discussion. Yes camping and slugging can win games, if the survivors misplay. But there's no way your losing a game at 2-0 gens stomping the killer to camping and slugging. It just isn't happening without huge misplays from the team.

Each of those save you once and conviction is worthless as you just go back down anyways. Base kit unbreakable is the answer. Cannot wait for the change.

I play both sides about equally, actually more hours on the survivor side, and I don’t agree at all that solo queue is as bad as you claim it is. What is your escape rate? Also, can you share your killer stats? Curious to know how many hours you have as killer and what your kill rate is.

As you see by the downvotes, some people don’t like to hear that solo queue can be enjoyable if you actually know how to play the game. They would rather blame all their problems on “killer mains” than improve their own gameplay.

Anyway, as people said in this forum, slugging and camping can be easy countered by teamwork. Also, one thing that should be noticed is that these strats have the highest risk of backfiring in the survivors favor: if you slug 3 and the cannot catch the last, at least one Unbrekable, Made For this or We'Gonna Live is enough to make you lose all of your pressure.
The same for camping: instead of getting another hook stage you can end up just losing time and pressure because you decided very poorly on how to camp.

There is no communication, but there is definitely teamwork if my teammates know how to play the game. I’ve have plenty of solo q matches where someone gets tunneled and/or camped but because people know what to do and stay on gens, the killer ends up with at most one kill. Just because someone had a different experience than you doesn’t make their experience “false information”.

I do admit I took some of the slugging advice posted here and it helped a little bit. Its still a big problem though especially for solo.

Although they are not on comms, there is some degree of communication in forms of gesture, aura perks, etc.
You don't need to be directly talking to someone to have some teamwork if they know what they are doing.
Also, i play with friends and play a lot of SoloQ but Solo has been way more frustrating because people just play for themselves and forget they need to play for the team for the survivors to win.

I stand corrected on the conviction, unbreakable, soul guard combo. Lol That comes in clutch as far as slugging goes. LMAO!
